Here's my take on the new houseguests after watching their preseason interviews. Remember, these are my opinions...don't get all bent outta shape ;) And these are my 1st impressions, I'm sure my feelings will change as we get to 'know' them on the live feeds and regular shows.
Adam: 39, Music Inventory Manager (?) (bald, hard-rocker with goatee)
I think he'll be a popular player. He seems down-to-earth and was a live-feeder. He even gave shout-outs to a lot of the live-feeder websites, which scores cool points with me lol. He says he hates stupid people and with a really scary deep voice he said that would be what makes the 'beast' come out...yikes. He loves Evel Dick (can't wait to see his reaction if E.D. is actually in there). He says his strategy will be to align with girls and call them "Adam's Angels" (lame lol). I predict he'll follow ED around like a lost puppy, but we'll see...
Keith: 32, Human Resource Manager
I think he'll add energy and possibly drama to the house. He has a great smile and seems like a happy guy. He talks really fast and admits to talking a lot and is afraid that might lead to his downfall so he wants to tone that down. He's a big reality tv show fan. He claims he is super religious, but every other sentence in his interview was how he would definitely want to have a showmance and will lie right off the bat telling the hg that he is a garbage man. (He thinks if they know he's in Human Resources they'll see him as a threat because he knows how to read people *lol). He talks a lot about hooking up with women in the house and even says his strategy is to align with girls so they can do the dirty work, calling them "Keith's Angels" (dear lord, lol). He's another Evel Dick fan, so he'll probably be star-struck when he sees him.
Kalia: 30, writer
She says she's a huge fan of Big Brother. Her faves are Danielle and James (can't wait to see if Dani is in the house and how she reacts). Her strategy is to be friends with everyone in the house. She said she will lie and throw competitions if she feels it will help her game play. She will never have a showance and doesn't get upset easily unless disrespected. She hates living with people (this should be good lol). I wouldn't be surprised to see her show a lot of skin this season...the girls were sure hanging out in her interview ;)
Lawon: 39, Legal File Clerk
He totally annoyed me in his interview, lol. He calls himself 'handsomexy' (handsome + sexy). He insists everyone will want to be around him. He's very smiley and animated when talking and mentioned at least 5 times how he has such charisma. He plans to gather info about the HGs before making any alignments (smart move). He would do a shomance and will lie (saying he just graduated from college). He's dreading having to deal with the others's hygiene and says he's a clean person.
Cassi, 25, Model
I like her. I can see where the girls are not going to like her though. She's beautiful but doesn't seem cocky about it. She has a great southern accent. She's only been watching BB for the past couple of months on video (boo). She thinks she'll probably be better friends with the guys (me too lol). She says no way to a showmance but she will flirt to get her farther in the game. She has no strategy going in and thinks the social game is more important. She can't stand Rachel (ha ha can't wait).
Dominic, 25, Model/college student
Not sure about him...seems like a tool. He's cute, upbeat, and energetic, but I predict he'll begin to wear on people's patience. I could see him trying to hard for attention. His fave players are Jeff and Enzo. He'd never seen any BB seasons until his modeling agent sent him to the audition (grrrr...not even a fan). He said he wouldn't hook-up with anyone, then said 'well...maybe.' He admits loving chick-flicks and might cry because he's emotional (sounds bi-polar to me j/k). He thinks Rachel has the worst laugh, is annoying and generally 'God-awful' LOL (this will be fun). He's actually a Bio-Chemistry major so I wonder if Rachel would like him, since she thinks she's a brilliant scientist?
Shelly, 41, Outdoors Industry Executive (actually vice president of the company, but won't tell the HGs)
She's originally from Louisiana, but lives in Centerville, OH (cool!). She seems very energetic and was big into the live-feeds. She smokes and her voice is low and raspy (she'll probably bond with ED during smoke breaks...if he still smokes). She loves Jeff & Jordan (another puppy follower lol). I predict she'll go pretty far and will probably be a floater. I like her hair.
Porsche, 23, VIP Cocktail Waitress
She's smiley when talking but not overly upbeat or annoying. She sounds a bit like a valley-girl and I'm afraid that might get old real quick lol. Her interview wasn't very interesting or rememberable. I can see her being under the radar and a floater. Not real impressed with her.
Hope you've enjoyed reading my take on things. I know things will change once we get in the house and watch them on the live-feeds. Less than four hours to go...can't wait!!!
